what i want to do is to build a crawler that searches for people online based on their expertise.
i want to crawler university sites, so suppose i want to find an expert in “marine biology”
i type in marine biology and the crawler should return a list of links of homepages of professors/lecturers or
experts in marine biology and other pages related to marine biology.
