I need a nice looking smiley to my specs (must be 480×290) and have a transparent background. A Vector is preferred along with a .png but a vector is not a requirement.
I need this now. Please show mockups in PMB; I will provide compelete details there. I will pay upon completion. See my feedback.
Do not bid until you have read the details in PMB and do not bother me in PMB unless you plan to provide a mockup prior to accepting your bid.
