We need a template design(s) for real estate websites. We will do all the html coding. All we need is the templates in AI format. We also don’t need any pictures as we have placeholders for those.
Our system based on a module system with allows the user to change positions of all the modules, so we need a layout design along with all the modules design with blank templates for the modules. Just to clarify the modules are (property search, featured properties, contact an agent, etc.).
Home page needs to have: Property search, featured properties, header placeholder, text placeholder, logo placeholder, footer, and navigation bar either vertical or horizontal.
Secondary page needs to have: placeholders for content, contact an agent, etc.
We are looking for very clean designs with color schemes matching the major real estate franchises (re/max, prudential, keller Williams, Coldwell banker, etc.)
