Create a javascript slider linked to a feedburner feed using the awareness api.
The slider is to include a list of all countries with relevant population count as seen here

A new country (country x) will be created which must move up the slider as its population (feed burner count) increases.
The slider must stay centred on country x as it moves up the slider showing two countries with more population and two countries with less population. The other countries on the slider are viewable by clicking buttons to scroll up or scroll down.
