I have a joomla website that is fully functional, however I would like it to be a little bit more streamlined. I need someone to change the layout around and make the site more professional looking. I only want small changes mostly in Joomla but some to the structure of the site. I also want it to have simpler joomla structure. You may have noticed that I have another project as well, so I will need this done fast and very low budget. I also need an XML rotating image gallery. What I want here is some design advice.
