Its a low poly city fully modelled ready to render, that will allow you to speed up your work flow, just copy and past the created elements of the city and place them in the spot you want.

2 folders containing the renders of the city pack and the textures used for the water and concrete.
Materials specifications:
water: the water material had got a normal map on bump slot and it use the 2 channel the UVW MAP have this mapping specification: widht, lenght, height = 3000 cm
concrete: the concrete material had got a normal map on bump slot and it use the 3 channel the UVW MAP have this mapping specification: widht, lenght, height = 1500 cm
