ASP.net Simple Contact Form by cdcade

I desperately need some help to create a SIMPLE contact form in ASP.net. It needs to be in C# attached to a master page. I would like a Name, Phone, Email, and text area field. Simple validation would be nice… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming)
