i need a flyer for a party i am organizing on the 21st of august. I dont really have anything particular just that it should look upscale and classy. its a 8 by 11 flyer. i just need help with the background effects and stuff if necessary… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Photoshop Design)
