i will provide you with the logo of the website. you will have to enhance it to look better.
you will also have to develop the content of the website based on the topic that we will provide.
the design should be w3c validated
you will have to use css & xhtml to do the design. no tables are allowed in the design.
the design of the website will be web 2.0 standard.
the website sholud load up very quickly on a dialup connection also for that i would suggest you to use css instead of heavy images.
