Vbulletin 3.8.4 Add-on : Nzb Infograbber From Sites

This is a simple project for somebody with good Vbulletin experience.

What I need is the following product for Vbulletin 3.8.4

* Parse .nzb attachments
* if NZB = Game, grab and display gamepicture + date from gamespot.com
* if NZB = Movie, grab and display moviepicture + data from imdb.com
* if NZB = XXX movie, grab and display moviepicture+data from jadedvideo.com
* if NZB = TV, grab and display picture+data from tvrage.com

* nzb download only possible after reply
* Count/Stats for amount of posts including .nzb attachment per user.
