I require a simple index page and stylesheet that will stretch a background image to 100% of whatever screen it is being displayed on in IE8. I would also like a single image placed over this background image so I can test that it works and reverse engineer the code and implement into my website… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: CSS)
