we are planning to open a new institute where we will be teaching students on various subjects.

you can use the custom php cms or joomla, drupal but i will prefer moodle
the website should be seo optimized & hack proof.
the developer should avoid the use of javascript.
we should have a system where we can conduct online exam system also for our students with timeout system securely. eg: cisco online exam system.
there should be a blog (wordpress) & forum section (phpbb,vbullitine etc) all should be properly seo optimized.
