I’m looking for a qualified group of programmers who have knowledge in HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs). They must be highly rated and can communicate on a daily basis. I have attached the list of features of this program. Design is ready, all it needs is some tweaks. Do not ask for any kind of advance payment because I will simply not pay. Payment is made during 3 cycles. Bids should be between 1000-1500 MAX. Only qualified programmers.
