Hi,
I need a c# .net winforms application to do the following.
-Select background image 1 and background image 2 from drop down menu.
-Select PDF file from users computer and click ok.
-Add background image 1 to first page of pdf.
-Add background image 2 to all other pages
-Save the pdf as a new file.
I think we can use itext pdf library however I dont mind as long as the job gets done.
