I have an idea for a website that I would like to make but I have unfortunately do not how feasible it is.
Therefore I am looking for somebody fully knowledgeable in PHP, Flash, AJAX, Flex and well just a very well rounded person to discuss this with.
I am looking at making a website that works with polls across the world and shows the results in a map format. More details will be given to the winning bidder.
