Wp Custom Login Page Mod

Dear Programmers,

I’m looking to modify our WP Login page that has the RPX (Janrain – Facebook/Google/AOL login) plugin installed.

I would like to use the BM Custom Login plugin (already installed) and modify it to look like the image attached.
