I’m trying to get an idea of what it would cost and if it would be better to pay a Drupal/Joomla developer or a standard web developer for a website I am working on. I don’t have much programming background… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
