Set up Ruby on Rails framework by chevallavehc

I need help in setting up Ruby on Rails framework on Linux Ubuntu with PostgreSQL. You can set up the environment and make an ISO image of it for me to mount that image as a VMware VM to my machine here… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, Ruby & Ruby on Rails)
