Late last year I mentioned an open source library for quickly generating heat maps from George Polak.
Here’s an open source component submitted by George providing for working with the Uber service called GPUberView.
GPUberView provides a view with a map attached illustrating using start/end points that you send to the component, and displays a list of possible rides. When the user clicks on a ride they are automatically sent to the Uber app if it is installed or the Uber website is opened.
