I’ve mentioned a few custom activity indicator components, most recently an activity indicator inspired by Google material design.
Here’s an open source Swift based component for creating animated circular activity indicators with a unique look that fits well with iOS 8 called SwiftSpinner from Marin Todorov.
SwiftSpinner features dual rings which can randomly move to indicate progress with a label in the middle of the indicator.
