I have a website that has a couple PDF forms that people fill out and email back. To make it easier to get those PDF’s to me I’d like to create a portal where they upload the documents to me after filling them out and then they get emailed to me automatically… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP, Website Design)
