Squeeze Page/sales Page
I am looking for someone who can create a squeeze page and sales page for me. I am going to be offering a Micro-Continuity program similar to the following:

http://www.learnhowtomakebows.com/
I also have a few questions that I would need answered:
1. Do I first need to create a domain name?
2. Will you be able to upload my video/audio clips?
3. Could you create an additional page for weekly video lessons, there will be a total of about 24-26 lessons.
