We are looking for a community based music portal. We want this site in Joomla or Drupal. Here are the features we are looking for this not final. Few features will be added before we proceed. Please do not quote if you cannot deliver any of these features or cannot do with in this budget.

Pop-up music player with playlist
Searching albums or songs by titles or alphabet wise.
Only music will be streamed, cannot be downloaded.
User friendly Backed end admin of music albums
Users can upload tracks
Playlist
Social networking feature with playlist sharing
Every user will have a profile page with their own uploaed tracks and playlists
Points and reward system for uploading music.
Sharing playlists, tracks, albums arts etc on twitter, buzz etc. A feature to show how many times it was tweeted

Embedd videos from external sources like google or youtube, simple url must be able to embed video in the page.
Banner management
Every album will have its own page with album art and list of songs, lyricists. Report issue and ‘Tag-this’ feature on each page. Tagging content is important.
Users can submit comments on pages
You can use joomla /drupal extensions. If you think that certain paid extensions can enhance the site functionality let us know we will try to have it incorporated – but these paid extensions will be limited, do not use paid extensions for simple functions.
Site is expected to have 100-150 listeners at a time
We use regular linux hosting. So please do not use functionality or technology which requires a semi/dedicated server
a 24 hour radio which plays a pre-determined list or random.
