I need an ebook and printable book design. I will provide a PSD file of my website header that I want to replicate in the book design.
I need a book cover (front and back) as a .psd or .ai file that will be suitable for printing. I also need a simple but creative page template for the content. This should be provided as a stylesheet for Microsoft Word 2007.
