I need a site designed like fiverr.com but on this site i will list products for sale at $9.99 or less as well as services you will perform for 9.99 or less. Each transaction will cost the seller .99 which will automaticly be subtracted from the sale and deposited in the company account. I would also like to add a monthly flat rate to regular customers of 100.00 dollars a month and tabs that can be clicked on to take people straight to other sites for a fee. PayPal, log-in security and a way to scan all posts before they are shown to make sure they are not sell illegal items or services. Thanks
