Alternative for Pro Paint action set. This action set does not use the oil paint filter and there for is compatible with most of the Photoshop versions but still gives your images similar painterly look.
All actions use smart filters so you can alter the settings to your liking. Works best on high resolution images. The actions works non destructively and all the layers created by the action are put in a folder and layers are well-labeled.
