I need a unique logo and design layout for Gen4 PTC script. The Gen4 script has a demo at http://ptcpay.com/gen4_demo.php. The person i’m looking for must be familiar with the ptc world and should be able to make a design that’s appealing to users and advertisers in the paid to click world. Plus the design should be css based to allow fast loading times.
