I want this site to have a full working backend controlling all areas of the site. I basically want a user community which also has event listings and submissions. Along with Artists Profiles with V.I.P. Pages and what not. I have attached photos of how I would like the layout to look.
I need a Great Designer along with a coder to make this reality. Please leave bids and timelines and portfolio and anything else.
