all validation must occur as the user types, without page refresh
all form info is submitted to admin by email only and doesn’t need to be stored in mysql database. however, it should get stored in csv file on the server.

PSD to HTML conversion requirement
1) must be 100% functional with all browsers, including IE6, Safari Mac, Opera, chrome, firefox
2) header and footer should be stretched
3) Horizontal alignment is Centered
4) vertical alignment is top
6) W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict (don’t bid if you don’t know what this is)
7) Table-less coding
8) create common file template for the header and footer
9) the HTML must look 100% the same as PSD, including fonts, colors, box dimensions, margins etc. – only websafe fonts needs to be coded, rest can stay as graphics.
we will pick a bidder within hours. please mention if you have worked with us in the past. since this task has a clear outcome we will pick one of the lower bids. please ask or clarify any questions BEFORE we start the project.
10) PSD files are also attached for reference which are the same as the 2 JPG images attached.

Form Fields behavior:
each form field will show the existing text. if user clicks into the field, the text should disappear. if user clicks in but doesn’t type anything then show the field text again.
required fields are
Enter Topic, Enter Question, Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number
while user enters in the ENTER A TOPIC field, show auto suggest like google search
