I’ve mentioned a number of interesting slider components, most recently mentioned a guide and example code for creating a UISlider with a neat springy effect.
Here’s another enhanced UISlider component called JAMAccurateSlider from Jeff Menter designed for enhanced accuracy for the user.
With JAMAccurateSlider the further away the user moves their finger from the slider the more accurate the slider becomes, and there are a couple of small calipers to illustrate the current accuracy of the slider.
