I’ve mentioned a number of nice slide-in components, most recently SwiftSideMenu providing a slide-in sidebar menu using the UIDynamic Framework.
Here’s an open source component from LMinh allowing you to neatly add in a slide-down menu with a blurring and zooming effect on the main view.
LMDropdownView is inspired by the Tappy app and you can use any view that you like as your drop down view, and you can tweak the colors, the blurring effect, and animation speed.
Here is an image from the readme that shows LMDropDownView with a styled table view used as the drop down view.
You can find LMDropdownView on Github here.
A nice component for creating a slide-in view with a neat zooming and blurring effect for the main view.
