I need a website where people can come and using flash can draw their cards and send. With the drawing they make they should be able to upload picture and at the bottom of every sent card there will be our add attached with it when emailed… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
