I have a website built in Joomla and need a custom component made. Budget is $200.

I will need to select someone with more than 10 reviews to be sure it gets done perfectly the first time.
Lastly, I will escrow all the funds but I will not release any in advance of seeing a completed, tested and working component.
All rights of the component will remain ours and the provider may not discuss, distribute, publish or refer to the component for any reason.
