We are looking for someone to design a template we can use to market our real estate properties for sale. I’ve attached a sample flyer for you to see what we need.
We’d like your template to be better than this as it’s plain and boring. But at least you get the idea.
We need you to create a template that allows us to change out images and spreadsheets as jpgs, and to edit the text freely. Then we can save the template as a PDF for each new property.
Please use these sample images as your trial.
Please provide your bid with realistic turnaround time. I would need a quick two page sample before closing the project.
So please don’t submit your bid without showing me you can do this work with a two page sample.
