Convert js accordian to jQuery accordian by sayitfast

I need the attached project converted to a jQuery 1.3.2 accordian that works in major browsers IE, FF, Safari… The project folder structure needs to remain the same as in the attached files. The finished page accordian should look that the attached image…. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, AJAX, HTML, jQuery / Prototype)
