I have a private website that is installed on a remote server. I save all files like pics and videos on local machine. I need to create a validation that says if file don´t exist in the local machine look for the file on the remote server… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Engineering, MySQL, PHP, Project Management, Web Hosting)
