Hello, I need to do a form with approx. 250 fields, but i need that all the data entered by the client will go to the database on my server. i need a nice looking form that it would look something similar to this http://latinoamericanamourtuary.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47&Itemid=18 the website is a joomla site, because of the length of the form it would have to be by sections, so it would be in more than one page.
