this project includes a phone or tablet with a multi-core processor. we all know that high of a processor will overheat. but silver paste won’t do the trick. but what if the processor had some sort or an inter-cooler insulation on top… (Budget: $10-$30 USD, Jobs: Android, HTML5, iPad, iPhone, Mobile Phone)
