I have a client that needs his flash player converted from flash 8 to a newer version of Flash.
It is basically a custom flv player, with 6 videos in it shown on the left side. There is currently a text overlay when you hover over the different menu items. The 4 buttons and text under the player are not flash
Right now the swf is using frames and all of the text overlays and video locations are all embedded. This makes it very difficult and time consuming to update. The current player right now pulls the flv directly into flash. My client wants to break each video into separate pages for SEO (real html pages not dynamic pages) so we will end up with 5 pages total (the only difference being the swf variable id.
So there are a few things I need done..
1. Convert this player to a new version of flash (you will get current fla source and psd for the graphics)
2. Convert it to use XML for text overlays and flv location
3. Change it to play the video by variable… player.swf?id=1 where id = the xml node.
4. The new version you create has to LOOK and ACT EXACTLY the same as it currently does (except for it being broken into multiple pages)
Please show me flash+xml examples you have done in the PMB. I will not choose anyone who does not do this or introduce themselves first in the PMB. Payment can be through SL or paypal once completed.
