I have a simple proposal form. This form contains text fields and check boxes. I need a script written so that when some of these text fields or check boxes are left blank they are hidden when printed. For instance let us say I have five check boxes and 5 fields I only check fields 1, 3, and 5 for both check boxes and text I need text fields and check boxes 2 and 4 to be hidden when the forms prints. I also need to have the formatting adjusted so that the text moves up and together when there are many check boxes and text fields not being used.
