PHP interface to spun articles to multiple wordpress blogs by brazenmedia

I’d like to build a simple php interface to post spun articles via xmlrpc to multiple WordPress blogs. The form would accept spinner syntax like {text1|text2|text3} and then be able to submit random variations from the form once submitted… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
