Here’s an open source library providing a custom table view with built-in pull to refresh and other nice features called TMOTableView from Duowan.
TMOTableView works on iOS 5.0+ with a built-in pull-to-refresh feature, the ability to show a first load indicator, and a load more control displaying an arrow when more content is available.
