Overview :
What I am looking for is a fireworks web site layout designed. I just need the graphic, not a site. Just the home page.
This design will be used as a front end for a testing web site for students / university.
Requirements :
* design is to look clean and inviting with a web 2.0 appeal/feel
* needs to utilize nice png or vector graphics
