I run a social network website over at Emo-Earth.com. We have been using a PHP/MySql Chat System called CometChat, and the Forum Software SMF. The problem is CometChat does not offically intergrate with SMF yet… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: HTML, Social Networking, Software Architecture, SQL)
