Alter some Images – Landscape Editing Project by inartifex

I need a 3D image of this home with a "no-maintenance" landscape. I need no grass but lots of rocks and little plants to show that the yard maintenance is minimal but still look very nice. (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Photoshop)
