WB allows admin user to type a text in WB box which will be stagnant until new text is typed or text is deleted. If no text is typed, cursor will flash. Once new text is typed, t will send old text to history log. History log is accessed by clicking on the expand arrow in WB toolbar. You will see that you can amend or delete in the history logs. When history logs fills up space in screen shot, you will have 2, 3, 4 etc (for pages)
Not enough space for icons in the actual WB box, so dont add any icons in this window.
Grey line like stats so user can see one white, one grey for easy reading.
Icons:
Delete = red cross
Edit = pencil
Mark as Complete = tick
2) Email System
See attachments. Must allow user to select email recipients by group:
1) Class (pls refer to updates on the new system (daycarecloud) for classes e.g ballet, tuition monthly, cricket etc;
2) Teachers (All teachers)
3) Parents (All parents, including 2 if 2 entries for each student is listed)
The boxes for groups will be highlighted in red shaded box. So if user starts typing say “te… then it will suggest Teachers in red or Ted in blue (Ted is a student) This way admin can send an email to individual parent or 2,3,4 etc. (See attachment email.png)
