We run a business where we require leads. A lead is basically someone who has enquired on our website.
Our business is buying property/real estate at discount from people who are looking to sell their property quickly. Reasons for this can be things such as financial problems, inherited property, divorce, a bank repossession/foreclosure etc etc. So the leads need to people who want to sell their property at a discount in return for a quick purchase. The discounts tend to be between 18% – 25% off the market value of the property. So potentially a converted lead is worth thousands of pounds.
Once we have a lead we then convert the leads into Deals.
I am spending more and more time trying to source leads but my primary business is to actually do the deals. So I am looking to outsource my lead generation process and Looking to diversify my lead generation process. Some of the leads will be sold on and the average price for a lead is 100USD. Looking for Leads nationally across the UK. I will keep the leads that interest me and sell the rest to other people looking for discounted property.
I am initially wanting 10 leads to see the quality of the work. And am willing to pay either a fixed price per lead with a potential bonus payment for completed deals.
For the leads that are sold on…you can keep 80% of the funds minus the advertising costs. Minimise the cost per click so that maximises your profits.
This project does require knowledge of the business we are and i can explain everything. It does also Require knowledge of keywords but i have had that done by an SEO marketing company.
Regular income potential going forward. If you are good….i can supply you with a full time income from monetising the leads that come in. You can setup your own systems to generate the leads. But the cheaper you get the leads for
This is a really easy project for someone who knows what they are doing and good at lead generation. Going forward i am looking at completely outsourcing this process and will employ the succesful lead generator full time as a virtual assistant to continue to generate leads for me.
