Creating submenu for wordpress3.0 theme not supported by Jmlim

Hi, I am currently using wordpress 3.0 but my theme is not supported to create submenu. I need to create a submenu and a subsubmenu. I understand that a few tweaks is needed to the programming site… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: WordPress)
