What I am after is a website which will just have one page with the information on and then the download link/ upload link for the toolbar.
The idea is simple yet I am not sure it can be done what I want is the searchbar to have a google search facility which will have my google adsense code configured into it and also the latest news of the downloaders favourite football team. this is where I am unsure if it can be done.

The searchbar should be customisable as in they should be able to choose the colour of the bar and the team for which news they want.
In terms of the site I would like there to be a simple design and a stats area to show which teams have been downloaded.
Please place your bid if you are able to get this done within a month as we want it up and running befoe the new premier league season.
Please give your previous experience and how you would do the site.
