Hi,
I require two systems developed. One for adding subscribers to a database and then converting the subcribers to a excell file. Also a feature is to let us know which subscriber is payment due.
Second system, is a virtual warehouse where users can login and order stock. Admin can login manage users and stock levels for each user.
I have provided feature details below.

– ONLY ADMIN ACCESS IS REQUIRED (SUBCRIBERS DO NOT NEED A LOGIN)
– SECURE ADMIN LOGIN
– SEARCH OPTION (TO SEARCH SUBCRIBERS BY EITHER CATEGORY/COMPANY NAME/PERSON NAME)
– When you search a subcriber it will bring up a page either listing subcribers under the category selected, or just the one subcriber by Company Name or Persons Name. On this page you can click on the Subcriber ID number to edit profile or delete the subscriber.
– ADDING A NEW SUBSCRIBER / I have listed the form fields below on the details we need for each subcriber.

Industry Category:
– Payments over due page / this feature is in relation to the Due Date option when adding a user. As each user is on a yearly subscription we need this page to show subcribers ‘OVER DUE’ or ‘Due 1 Month’
– Final Feature we need a button or feature page where we can export all the subcribers into a excel file. Showing Company Name/Full Name/Postion/Address/Suburb/State/Phone/Fax/Email/Industry Categpory/Due Date
*This is all we require in this system, should be easy for any php developer to make. We have an existing system like this and we will provided screenshots to the selected programmer to assist them. We dont require an fancy design work, just our login and a nice interface layout.

– When a user selects order it will add to a shopping cart type feature, once they have finished slected the products they want. The can select ‘continue order’
– Continue Order, once this is selected it will take them to an order page where they can put there. Company Name/Full Name/Contact Number/email address/Delivery Address/Date Required/
– On this page it will should product description/available stock/ input the quatity they wish to order.
– One they submit order, it will send a confirmation email to them with the details and an order email will go to the admin email selected.
